Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue store credit at our discretion.

No Returns on Opened Products

Due to the integrity requirements of research-grade compounds, opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned. All sales are final once a product has been opened.

Lost Shipments

For orders confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement shipment or store credit upon completion of a carrier investigation. NexGen Research Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders are in processing and cannot be cancelled.

Processing Time

Shipping Methods

We ship via tracked courier with tracking information provided for all orders upon dispatch. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Temperature-Sensitive Compounds

Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short transit periods. Upon receipt, compounds should be transferred to -20°C storage immediately to maintain integrity for research use.

Packaging

All compounds are packaged in sterile, laboratory-grade containers. Shipments are discreet with no identifying product information on the exterior packaging.

International Shipping

International buyers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws and import regulations regarding research compounds. NexGen Research Labs is not liable for shipments held or seized by customs.
